In our Savile collection A monumental block of crystal is carved with a concave channel to hold an Edison bulb, and set in a frame of solid brass. The crystal reveals its solidity when illuminated, refracting and reflecting the bulb within, but takes on a weightless transparency when dark.

• Bronze finish is a live solid brass finish that will naturally darken and patina over time; a light coat of wax protects the finish and allows it to age gracefully to a darker patina. The finish will darken faster in areas where the fixture is handled; the use of gloves is recommended.
